The HR team's view of everyone who joined in September: how far through onboarding each person is, and who might need a nudge. New joiners don't normally see this page.

Stalled: nothing ticked off for 5+ days. Goals not set: no goals recorded in MyHR yet. MLC not started: mandatory online courses not begun.

Sends the joiner a Teams message right now listing every task they still have open, each with a "Mark done" button. Useful for a nudge without waiting for Buddy's automatic reminders.

Live demo: Buddy's first-day welcome

Plays the conversation a new joiner gets on their first day. Buddy says hello in Teams, explains how it helps, then offers to walk through their open tasks one at a time. Use Reset demo first to reopen the Days 2–5 tasks so there's something to walk through.
